An invigorating and tasty blend for the prevention and maintenance of seasonal allergies. Formulated to help reduce sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes and runny nose.

Ingredients: Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra flora), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Green Cardamom Pods (Elletaria cardamomum), Eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus).
All herbs are certified organic or wildcrafted.
Contains No: Caffeine, dairy, egg, wheat, soy, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.
Preparation and Dosage: Steep 1 tsp of tea blend in freshly boiled (100°C), filtered water for 5–7 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups daily.
Duration of Use: For prevention start drinking daily 2 weeks before allergy season. Continue to drink daily during allergy season.
Contraindications: Not recommended for those with esophageal reflux, allergies to hibiscus or in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Processing Time: All products are made to order. They are currently blended and packaged Wednesday-Friday, and shipped on Saturdays.
All orders received before midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Saturday of the same week. All orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the following week.
