RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
First of all, if you have to consider returns or exchanges, you likely bought from me. Which means I owe you a huge “Thank you!.” Nothing makes me happier than a happy tea customer, and as such I promise to do my very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. Rest assured that if there are any hiccups along the way I will make every effort to make them right. That being said, there are a couple of things you should know:
* Because of the nature of my products, I am unable to accept any returns or exchanges on tea or aromatherapy products. However....
* If product is damaged in shipping, or if you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will do my very best to make things right! (depending on the circumstance I may send a replacement or offer you a refund).
* You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase
If you are uncertain whether or not you will like a particular blend, please consider purchasing a Mini zip pouch (makes 8 servings) before purchasing a larger bag.
