Refund policy

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt at mara@urbanearth.ca so we can work together to come up with a solution!

Please note that any opened products are unfortunately not eligible to return or exchange.  Most of my products are available in small, trial sized portions - I encourage you to try these out before you invest in the larger sizes!

Please be aware that should you wish to return/exchange any items, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. (I am a small business and unable to absorb that cost!).
