Re-leaf (Organic Herbal Tea Blend with Stinging Nettle and Hibiscus)

Certified Organic Luxury Ingredients:

Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica)
Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)
Elderflower (Sambucus nigra flora)
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
Green Cardamom Pods (Elettaria cardamomum), Eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus).

This blend is caffeine-free.

Brewing Instructions: Steep 1 tsp of tea blend in freshly boiled (100°C), filtered water for 5–7 minutes.

Dosage and Duration of Use: Drink 1-3 cups daily. For prevention start drinking daily 2 weeks before allergy season. Continue to drink daily during allergy season.

Contraindications: Not recommended for those with esophageal reflux, allergies to hibiscus or in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Processing Time: All products are made to order. They are currently blended and packaged Wednesday-Friday, and shipped on Saturdays.

All orders received before midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Saturday of the same week. All orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the following week.
