Inspire (Herbal Tea for Congestion and Lung Support)

A soothing, licorice flavoured tea to help support lung health and relieve congestion from allergies, colds and flus and other upper respiratory conditions.

Certified Organic Luxury Ingredients:
• Anise Seed (Pimpinella anisum)
• Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
• Violet Leaf (Viola tricolor)
• Marshmallow Root (Althea officinalis)
• Red Clover Blossoms (Trifolium pratense)

Contains No: Caffeine, dairy, egg, wheat, soy, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.

Preparation and Dosage: Steep 1 tsp of tea blend in freshly boiled (100°C), filtered water for 5–7 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups daily.

Cautions: Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation, or for those with liver disease, edema, or congestive heart failure. Use with caution with digoxin, diuretics, corticoids, anti-coagulants, estrogens and monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

I am very proud to offer completely biodegradable and compostable zip pouches. They provide a high barrier protection against air, moisture and light (which all can decrease the quality and freshness of your tea) and will keep your tea fresh for approximately 2 years.

Processing Time: All my teas and aromatherapy products are made to order (this allows me to offer a large variety of blends but still maintain optimum freshness and quality). Products are currently blended on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Shipped on Fridays. All orders received before midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the same week. All orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the following week.
