Lullaby (Herbal Blend for Sleep)

This bedtime brew is the perfect way to soothe muscle tension and stress and guide your mind and body to sleep. Surprisingly effective and delicious. Sweet dreams!

Certified Organic Luxury Ingredients:
• Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria recutita)
• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
• Skullcap (Scutellaria officinalis)
• Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis)

Contains No: Caffeine, dairy, egg, wheat, soy, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.

Preparation and Dosage: Steep 1 tsp of tea blend in freshly boiled (100°C), filtered water for 5–7 minutes.

Cautions: Not recommended for those with allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family. Long term daily use not recommended for those with hypothyroidism or those using thyroid medication. May potentiate the effects of sedative drugs and MAOI’s.

I am very proud to offer completely biodegradable and compostable zip pouches. They provide a high barrier protection against air, moisture and light (which all can decrease the quality and freshness of your tea) and will keep your tea fresh for approximately 2 years.

Processing Time: All teas are made to order. They are currently blended on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Shipped on Fridays. All orders received before midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the same week. All orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the following week.
