Inspired by a chilled glass of Long Island Iced Tea and the warm, blue waters of Savary Island off the coast of British Columbia. This unique tea blend contains blue butterfly pea flowers and is actually dark blue when brewed.

This well balanced tea combines the unique "gin" flavour of juniper berries with sweet orange and warm ginger all wrapped in a lovely Japanese Sencha green tea. Enjoy it hot or cold, freeze as ice cubes or make it into a simple syrup.

Ingredients

Certified Organic Luxury Ingredients:

• Sencha Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)
• Juniper Berries (Juniperus officinalis)
• Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis)
• Ginger Root (Zingiber officinalis)
• Butterfly Blue Pea Flower (Clitoria ternatea)

Preparation and Instructions

Preparation: Steep 1 tsp of tea blend in 90°C (bring to a boil, then wait 5 minutes), filtered water for 3-5 minutes.

Packaging

All packaging choices protect your tea against air, moisture and light (which all can decrease the quality and freshness) and will keep your tea fresh for approximately 2 years.

Mini Size: BPA-free, frosted white plastic zip pouch. Recyclable.

Refill Pouches: White paper with a omnidegradable foil lining. Biodegradable.

Tins: Steel cans with food-grade, BPA-free lining and an airtight lid. Recyclable.

Processing/Shipping

Processing Time: All products are made to order. They are currently blended and packaged Wednesday-Friday, and shipped on Saturdays.

All orders received before midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Saturday of the same week. All orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped by the Friday of the following week.
